Salazar Takes Lead on Fight to End the Iraq War
I guess Colorado Sen. Ken Salazar (D) has gotten over his case of Autoshadowphobia in a big way. Check this out from the Denver Post:
"Congress should look at cutting off funding for the Iraq War if Senate efforts to change the role of U.S. troops in the battlefield fail, Sen. Ken Salazar said today. Salazar, a Colorado Democrat, previously has not supported Congress using its ability to stop war payments in order to force President Bush to change direction. While in Iraq over the weekend, Salazar said, some service men and women told him that they wanted Congress to cut off funding."
It is remarkable that it seems hard to believe that a United States Senator would actually come out and, ya know, say he might be willing to consider supporting the use of Congress's power to end the war. But it is a courageous move - and Salazar should be applauded. Keep it up, Ken.

Mr. Sirota, don't trust that lowlife motherfucker. In fact, Salazar makes Baucus look "liberal" in pale comparison. Salazar may be a "junior" senator but he long deserves a TOUGH SPANKING or better yet a SUPER THRASHING ! Wait until tomorrow when Salazar goes the LIEberNAZI way.
Just mouthfarts from a wobbler. He only deserves congratulations if he voters against the war otherwise he's just another crapweasel.
Oh great ! Has Mr. Sirota gone bananas ?!?!? That "he might be willing to consider supporting the use of Congress's power to end the war" is NOT NOT NOT NOT fucking courage !!!! Salazar has no fucking votes to prove his fucking courage ! This article made me ask the question angrily out loud "WHERE'S THE FUCKING BEEF ?!?!?!?"
